Dr. Hirano was friendly and thorough during my visit. I was a bit nervous to begin with a new doctor, but his nurse Sharon was lovely and reassuring. I was on time for my appointment and was taken back to my room to begin, within 5 min. The room was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend MCMG to anyone needing care.

Dr Hirano is an excellent Doctor. He is kind, caring, never makes you feel rushed. He or his nurse Sharon always return mychart messages very promptly. He goes above and beyond to help me with my disability issues. I appreciate Dr. Hirano not only as my PCP, he's also an all around great guy and a very compassionate man. I highly recommend Dr Hirano.

Dr. Hirano takes the times to listen to his patients and is personable and knowledgeable. He is always looking for the best way to treat his patients and is honestly concerned about their health. He is a real Doctor. I have been seeing Dr. Hirano for years. Since the first visit he has always taken the time to listen to what is going on, discusses the best possible treatment, and has always made it comfortable to talk to him. He explains thing thoroughly and answers my questions. He has always made sure I am up to date on my flu shots and that I am being treated accordingly. He is the best!

Dr. Hirano is very friendly and welcoming. He is easy to talk to and listens very carefully to my health concerns offering guidance and solutions. Also, post visit, Dr. Hirano has been very responsive through communicating through my e-chart in regards to my lab results and other post visit questions/comments.

We (my mom and I) were able to see Dr Hirano promptly, no long wait in the waiting room. Nurse Sharon was friendly and efficient. The doctor was very attentive, listened to all our concerns without making us feel rushed, reviewed and gave feedback on lab results, prescribed meds to help with current illness and gave instructions on what to do, when to call if not improving, and was very kind. He is one of the best doctors we’ve ever had.

Dr Hirano has been terrific. He always takes the time to listen and address whatever medical concerns I may have. I never feel rushed, and all my questions are always answered. I have found him to be extremely responsive even when I need to contact him regarding an issue using the My Chart messaging system. His asst is also very good, always pleasant and competent. They work very well together.

I always have a positive experience at my Doctor appointment with Dr. Hirano. Dr. Hirano makes me feel at ease when discussing medical issues, is a good listener, informative and helps handle any issue immediately. Hardly, if any, wait time for appointments, support staff and Nurse are always friendly and professional.

DR. Hirano is a very informative and always takes the time to explain things without making you feel rushed. He's been my primary doctor for a couple years now and I've been very pleased with him helping me manage my diabetes and health in general. I would definitely recommend him.
